New patch just came out, should I still submit runs as current patch or wait til it gets updated?

I will verify it anyways. I'm currently contacting a Super Mod about patch tracking method (only 'current patch' and 'earlier patches' value is possible). So the patch tracking method might get changed, but we will see.
