• talking to him after performing the Brainwashing Ritual
• talking to him after building the Mushroom Sculpture

Plimbo at Smuggler's Sanctuary

• giving him an Eye of the Witness (4x)

Midas at Midas' Cave

• sacrificing a follower to him (4x)

The Fox at the four locations above, at night time

• giving him a big fish (any fish except Minnow)
• sacrificing a follower to him
• either sacrificing two followers to him or sacrifcing half a red heart permanently
• sacrificing Ratau to him

All follower forms

• Region specific follower forms can be found in their respective dungeon or bought at the shops
• Axolotl: Given to you by the lighthouse keeper after fixing the lighthouse with 10 Wood and giving him 25 Crystal Shards afterwards
• Crab: Given to you when catching the crab that is running around Smuggler's Sanctuary
• Fish: Can be caught when fishing
• Monster: Given to you after praying to the Massive Monster Statue at night, which is unlocked by defeating Rakshasa after hitting their giant snail a number of times
• Poop: Spawned after cooking a number of Bowls of Poop
• Rat: Found behind Ratau's house
• Snail: Given to you after offering a snail to each of the five snail statues in Lonely Shack, Pilgrim's Passage, Spore Grotto, Smuggler's Sanctuary, and Midas' Cave
• Star: Found to the right of Midas' throne
• Wolf: Given to you by the Fox after finishing his quest line
• Pre-order exclusive follower form is not required

• Most blueprints are unlocked from doctrines and shrine nodes
• Region specific blueprints can be found in dungeons or bought at the shops
• Bishop statues are unlocked after defeating the bishops
• A mushroom blueprint can be found in Sozo's tent
• Blueprints that are not required: DLC exclusives, Twitch exclusives, blueprints from unchosen doctrines, Trophy of The One Who Waits

All tarot cards

• 3 can be bought at Pilgrim's Passage, Spore Grotto, Smuggler's Sanctuary, and Midas' Cave each
• 1 is given to you by each defeated Knucklebones opponent. Sacrificing Ratau before defeating him at Knucklebones makes his card appear next to his house, removing the necessity to beat him.
• 1 is given to you by the Fisherman when giving him the first fish
• 1 can be bought at Forneus' shop in dungeons (big cat)
• 1 can be bought in healing rooms in dungeons
• 1 is given to you by Helob after buying 5 followers from him
• 1 is spawned when performing the Marriage Ritual or sparing the loser of the Fight Pit Ritual

All shrine nodes

Shrine nodes are unlocked via devotion farming. To maximize efficiency, try to always keep the maximum number of possible praying followers, and empty the stored devotion regularly.

• generated amount of devotion is equal to the praying follower's level
• devotion generation speed can be increased with the Shrine Flame Bundle
• maximum number of praying followers is 4 at Shrine level I, 6 at level II, 8 at level III, and 10 at level IV

Killing The One Who Waits

After completing all of the above requirements, you need to defeat The One Who Waits to finish the run. Timing ends on defeating him, it does not matter if you spare him afterwards or kill him for good.

Final tips

• Devotion generation takes a lot of time, so get it running as soon as possible and leave it at maximum efficiency at all times
• It is in your best interest to level up your followers to increase devotion generation and collect Commandment Stone fragments.
