Just run the game without glitches if you want. You're not forced to do all (or any) strats. But that doesn't mean it'll become its own category, especially in a game that hardly ever gets any runs to begin with.
What's the point of sending a Glitchless run in the Any% category ?
If the community wants Glitchless, it is not too difficult to create, just create and leave specific in the Rules that Glitchs are banned.

Emulator runs are now allowed on the leaderboards.
You can use Dolphin 5.0 to play the Wii version. Dolphin loads faster than any legitimate platform, therefore emulator runs will remain hidden by default but can still be submitted without any issues.
Further, you may submit runs emulating the
