Due to an "feature" where you can make inputs before the game loads in, which includes "t" and "r" and could be used to get achievements: Timing will start on the first frame of when the world loads in. This will usually be based off either the "You are alone" text or the achievement bar.

Timing will end on the first frame the announcer appears for the final achievement.
