A Guide to Blackjack

Blackjack isn’t the best IL to run. There is a lot of rng and luck involved, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a fun IL, far from it. This guide will teach you the techniques involved in blackjack.
The first technique is for finish. For this category, the best thing to do is to do the default bet and spam a, which is the hit button. You want to hit until you bust. The reason for this is that once you bust, the rest of the plays speed up and it makes it a lot faster. 
The second technique is for win/master. This is pretty much the same as the finish strat except instead of betting the default, you bet the max you can, and then you double down. If you win the round, you get 300 chips which no one will catch up to, so you can just bet 1 for every other round. Here is a video of my blackjack master world record https://youtu.be/l1m9Ege6Sbk

A guide to Nine Men's Morris (Win All Games)

Update 2020-07-18: Added some faster variants and removed the old variant C (https://imgur.com/P9Grt21)

In Nine Men's Morris, one can win by either milling the opponent down to two men, or by blocking the opponent so they have no moves. Obviously, the latter one is faster, and this strat is designed to reliably get a win with at least four opponent pieces remaining. I doubt this particular strat is optimal for the IL though, since you do give an early mill to the opponent. This strat works decently well against any difficulty, although Normal ai is probably the fastest.

The start is pretty straightforward:

On turn 6, replace the marble that just got milled.
You may need to undo a few moves, but you're pretty likely to not need too many.
Do note that the order the ai plays in doesn't matter too much, and there are obviously rotations and reflections possible; additionally, there is another game-theoretic symmetry by interchanging the inner and outer rings. These considerations can save a bit of undos if you have sufficiently decent spatial awareness, although they are not that important in the greater scheme of things.

Now there's 10 different moves for the ai and all of them can occur. We can distinguish four distinct variants:

Some spaces are unmarked; undo if the ai plays there. Otherwise you can follow the branches as marked.
In each variant, your last placement is marked with a ◆ in the corresponding image. The blue arrows show your mill setup in the movement phase. Note that we just need to set up at most one mill, since the game should end before the opponent reaches the flying phase.


**Variant A** (top-right outer)

I know it looks like you're just gonna get blocked at bottom-middle-inner, but the ai normally considers the more indirect threat on left-inner more important. **Just undo if you do get blocked**.

There's also an IL meme hiding in here: if the ai plays top-left inner, you can just move ◆ up for an instant win. Don't undo for this in full game runs; it is too unlikely for that to happen.

**Variant B** (bottom-left/bottom-middle outer)

Not much to say here, except that picking the correct marble to walk with *is* important.

**Variant C** (top-left/bottom-right outer)

The picture shows the strat when the ai plays top-left; the strat for bottom-right is essentially a mirror (play top-left yourself and move anticlockwise)

**Variant D** (top-left/bottom-left inner)

There's a marked path; you're always moving in that direction. First move your ▲. Now, if the ai moves its ▲, you move your ▲, and if the ai moves its ◆, you move your ◆. Repeat until you win. Don't question how it works, it just does™.

A Guide to Slot Cars

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀

There are two ways to control the car in slot cars:
1. Control Stick
2. A Button
 
Stick requires a lot more precision with your movement, and is a lot harder to play with than using the A button. Using the A button no longer requires you do control your angles, allowing you to just hold the button then the car will zoom. Personally, I've found the A button a lot easier to start with and I know a lot of people who use it over the control stick. For this guide, i'll go into detail on the a button. However, control stick could be meta sometime in the future. We may never know...

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁

Now, there's one main strat that makes up all off the tracks. It's what I like to call 𝘀𝗸𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, but you can call it whatever. Basically, whenever you're going fast around some turns, your car will skrt and your controller will rumble a little (that is if you're using a rumble compatible controller, of course), and your car will fall off track, losing lots of time. You can cancel this skrt by, well, slowing down around the corner. But you can slow down and keep your speed very quickly with fast skrt canceling. By quickly letting go of the a button and holding it again, you will very quickly slow down and speed back up. The faster you're able to let go and hold again without falling off, the faster. My big tip for fast skrt cancels is to never take your hand off the button. It's faster to hold then let go while keeping your thumb on the button because it's less movement for your thumb.

Track 1 is probably the middle ground of the three tracks. Not too hard, not too easy. For the first lap, just hold the a button. There will be no skrts you have to worry about. For the second, fourth, and last lap, you're going to have to skrt cancel around the second, third, and fourth corners ( https://imgur.com/YmGB0oT ). And for the third and fifth lap, you'll have to skrt cancel just on just the first corner (https://imgur.com/wAzlsKQ ), then just hold a for the rest of the lap.

Track 2 is the easiest. I'd say start out with this one. For the first lap, just skrt cancel around the second corner ( https://imgur.com/KEcjMwI )then hold for the rest of the lap. For every other lap, just skrt cancel around the first two corners ( https://imgur.com/MKNTTz2 ). Really easy to learn.

Track 3 is BY FAR the hardest track. It's very hard to learn at first. For the first lap, you just have to skrt cancel on the last three corners ( https://imgur.com/Nbpb6X7 ). The second, fourth, and last lap are the hardest laps in the game. You must skrt cancel on the first two corners, and then you have to skrt cancel twice on the same turn after the loop de loop. The first cancel is right around the start of the turn, and the second is when you're going downwards into the turn (please look at the picture for reference, this is kind of hard to explain in text). Then you skrt cancel on the last three corners again ( https://imgur.com/ZkfDVP4 ). The third and fourth laps just skrt cancel on the first two corners and the last three corners ( https://imgur.com/6b3UAB8 ).

Guide to Texas Hold'em

In Texas Hold'em there are 2 main strategies either you fold as quickly as possible in each round or try to get every player, but one to lose all their chips.

Strategy 1 - Fold each round
Out of both strategies this is the more consistent, but slower strategy. Using this method you fold as quickly as possible in each of the 5 rounds because once you fold the CPU's play is sped up to about 2x the speed. The best time using this strategy is 2 minutes and 54 seconds.

Strategy 2 - Getting three people to lose all their chips
This strategy is quite RNG dependant as you need the CPU's to raise your bets for a better time and if their are several rounds you want the same person to win all rounds. The way this strategy works is for you to put as many chips in as much as you can to try and get everyone your playing with to go all in, so one person will have all the chips and the game will end. This is quicker but harder to pull off as most of the time a different person will win, one person will fold or they just don't raise your bets. The best recorded time is 2 minutes 41 seconds, but I have got unrecorded times under 2 minutes and under 1 minute 30 seconds.

Mini Shogi Win/Master

Here is a picture guide for winning Mini Shogi on all 4 difficulties. The only one that isn't completely consistent (because it's totally random) is the Normal CPU so it may require the Undo button. Hard and Amazing are the same 5 moves every time and Impossible has some variation but all end in 7 moves.

If you are looking to use this for All Games Win or All Board Games Win I suggest the Hard CPU. It's only 5 moves and there's no undo use.

#Normal

The Normal CPU can be beaten in as little as 3 moves, however, it depends on what moves the CPU plays and although the board is small, they still have many options available to them, some of which we don't have backup strats for. Therefore, in longer runs you would technically often beat them in 3 or 4 moves but it's slower than the 5 move strat for Hard/Amazing (which I'll show later) due to undo use. Of course if you are doing IL's then Normal is the way to go, so let's get into this!

I think the best way to go about showing this is to show the Checkmate positions we are aiming for first, from there we can reverse engineer how to achieve Checkmate based on the CPU moves.

##1. Bishop supports Rook

Both of these strategies start with the same first move:

Move your Bishop diagonally up-left 2 squares so that it's between your Pawn and their Gold.

Now observe what the CPU does, the above image has all of the moves I've seen them do as arrows.
Red Arrow = Undo (the backup strat would be slower than using Undo)
Green Arrow = Move your Rook left 1 square (aiming for Checkmate 1)
Yellow Arrow = Take their Gold with your Bishop (aiming for Checkmate 2)

#Hard/Amazing

Hard and Amazing are together in this because the same exact strat beats both difficulties, the CPU will respond with the same moves!

Impossible we have to do a slight variation on our strat, you have to be careful not to fall into doing the same 3rd move as Hard/Amazing because the CPU will slow you down!

The CPU will always respond with the same moves until after your 5th move and then the RNG varies after that.

Silver Move (Green Arrow) = Use Their Bishop Against Them (with no further RNG)
Gold Move (Yellow Arrow) = Take Their Gold Early & Prepare For More RNG

Simple enough so far, right? Well get ready because the CPU has 13 different possible moves after you take their Gold! This is why it took me so long to finish this guide. Don't worry though, there's good news; 9 of the 13 are various places it will drop a Bishop and all 13 allow you to Checkmate next turn! Here I've color coded them based on what your next move is:

Red = Drop the Gold from your sideboard next to the King
Yellow = Move your Gold diagonal to the King (next to the Pawn)

Renegade Finish Cheat Sheet

The following strat is for finishing Renegade as fast as possible. Make sure you go first and the CPU difficulty is Normal. The strat was found by pwndnoob.

Renegade Win Guide

Renegade is a very hard game to understand, there are many strats you can use to win, but many are hard to understand. LUCKILY, thanks to Pwndnoob’s genius we have an easy way to win. 

This strat only works against the Normal CPU.

Just follow these moves going from 1-19. There is one other outcome that you do not want. On move 3 of the number does not match up then you got the bad rng. You will need to press undo until you get back on track. You will know that you are back on track when there is a line of 3 white tiles on the bottom.

Here is a picture guide also. There are 2 moves the CPU can make at the start after you move your Pawn, they are categorized based on that.

#1. Rook Move

If the CPU moves the Pawn next to their first one they are going to move a third Pawn after you take their Silver. This is the best case scenario! Place your Bishop from the sideboard in front of your other Bishop right away
