Best places to play?
I think it depends more on the version of the game, since for example, the version on which wnso was played on adobe flash projector does not lag. If so, then the question arises on which version to run.

As some of you might've seen, Chaos Faction 2 is on steam, and in case you have thought about buying it and speedrunning it for better framerate and such, i'd like to say that there's no point in doing that.
