So basically you beat the flying dutchmin as fast as possible. you can use the debug trigger, timing ends upon pausing on the spatula, there will be a restricted and unrestricted. unrestricted means you can use cheats, and restircted means you need to normally do it without cheats.
we actually used to have something similar to this. Unrestricted was more or less just any% up to FDG and then you rushed to Dutchman Skip, and restricted cheat was restricted cheat any% with the same idea. As cool of a concept as it sounds, it was kinda quietly removed as it is VERY similar to any%. I might not be telling the full story, so if anyone else knows much about it, feel free to add on to what i said and such. More or less, theres a reason only KJF Robo Sandy and Robo Pat are the only boss RTAs that still exist
