A few people have asked me to solidify the fuzzy definition of a skip. I'd like to hear what the community thinks.

Fence Skip
Apologies for the delay. Due to a unanimous vote, fence skip will no longer be considered a skip and is therefore allowed in level 2 skipless% speedruns.
