i got them all i cant control my fps going above 60 in loading zones and or it getting 1 single extra fps

Mod Note: run starts on frame 72.73333333333333 and ends on frame 1035.8 at 30 fps

also nobody is blaming you for getting one extra fps or it spiking in loading zones, that just happens with the game
