might need a retime, wasn't sure exactly what frames to start/end on

opted to skip getting the double jump, which is faster but considerably harder and requires more luck. this is my first completed run with this strat and i'm pretty happy with it – definitely plenty more time to save but the lag is painful with my poor old laptop, so i'll probably leave that to someone else.
