I am submitting this, however this seems to be an edge case based on the rules. I ended time on the cutscene skip since the pad doesn't work with the skip. This attempt was done on a fully 100% save file as shown by the end. It's completely fine if this run is rejected due to it being a different case to every other IL up to this point in time.

MOD NOTE: We have updated the rule set for this level to allow finishes such as these as we believe they are equally valid since the level is still counted as fully completed and all other rules are followed. Time will end on first frame of the cutscene activating should people complete the IL this way.
