i don't know what it is, but maybe you can make use of it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P6A4T70e5i9dX1-PSItuUE7YAQi5XZyx/view?usp=sharing (google disk link to a recording)
It works on railings and such. It becomes a hazard when doing parkour in the northern starting area. Rounded surfaces that you can walk on act as if you are slipping/falling and would game falling momentum but if you don't actually fall due to there not actually being a reason to fall, you can use that momentum as forward instead. Will say be careful around cylindrical shaped things when falling with them behind you because that momentum gain works downward as well and a 5ft drop can lead to hitting the ground at mach speeds. Should record my experience as a demonstration as well.
This is my first little experiment recording it. The stuttering is in the recording only, idk what I'm doing when it comes to using OBS to record. I'm not running at all during this because running makes it nearly impossible to control. If the video wasn't as stuttery as it was, the speed gained does carry over to being on the ground but if you get a bad angle then fall damage occurs and I've had it be lethal before as stated above about the 5 ft drop killing me.
