When you need to strafe jump, first you're energy should be under 20, it must be 19% of energy and the strafe jump you can learn more in this video. 
You will fly up by standing on a ramped surface and also in middle of ramped surface, not up or the flying skill will be bad and you'll fall down. In the middle makes skill good and faster to fly.

1. Paste the files in your steam/gog copy of the game
2. Launch game from the exe in the Bin32 folder
3. Go to the main menu and ensure the version number is 1.1.1.5879
4. Enjoy circlejumping

How to install Crysis 1.1.1.5767 (Ru)

Коротко об установке Crysis версии 1.1.1.5767 (работает только для русских пользователей, т.к. установка этой версии Crysis осуществляется через русский сайт). 
1. Установите плагин "Доступ к Рутрекеру" если он есть в плагинах вашего браузера, чтобы зайти на этот сайт (или заходите на сайт через Google Chrome);
2. Зайдите на сайт по ссылке https://rutracker-zerkalo.appspot.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5438669;
3. Нажимаем на кнопку "Скачать", которая расположена внизу;
4. Обязательно читайте пункт "Порядок установки" и сами текстовые файлы, появившиеся после скачивания;

Object's Quality setting on low | Open cave in Recovery

Setting the graphical setting Objects Quality to low in the Advanced section will allow you to walk to the end of the level Recovery without doing the rescue mission. For some reason the cave is always open when this setting is on low.

This works on ALL versions (patched / unpatched) also on every platform (Steam / GOG / Origin / retail)

Turning off Autosave and Removing the Intro Promo Videos

Disable Auto Save:

Go to Crysis install location
Default location should be
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crysis
Then go into Game Folder then Config Folder
Right click and create a New Text Document
Double click the New Text Document to Edit
Copy and paste the following into the Text Document
g_enableautosave 0
then click Save As and name it Autoexec.cfg and remember to change the save as type to all files
Now the Autosaves should be disabled

Disable Intro Vids:

Just go to the Crytek\Crysis\Game\Localized\Video\ directory and rename (or remove) all the .sfd files starting with Trailer_, including the one in the 'English' directory
