I was wondering how I can run this game on ntsc, since I see no one has any ntsc ps2 runs. There also isn't any loading times for ntsc that I can find. Would I have to find the loading times on my own?

NTSC is slower and I believe it's because NTSC runs less smoothly and the cars in general might be slower although I'm not fully sure on the exact reasons. I don't know if you'll have to time loads for yourself but you could probably avoid doing that and the mods may time them.

NTSC is plenty viable and even preferable as it allows for a couple more skips in Out of Time and Hyper Spaceway, depending on the console you're playing on.
