for the any% solo category, are new game+ characters allowed? is the character creation exploit for infinite stats exploit allowed? is the in-game instant level 20 cheat allowed?

That makes sense for co-op runs, but for solo runs shouldn't that be allowed? I mean there are literally no runs at all for any% solo because its too long and difficult without doing a cheat like that. I've tried a solo run without the cheat a couple times but it is just too long and painful.
