I know sub-34 is possible, but I'm leaving the updated route here. Oakley is just too bad, way worse than I ever thought Sovetnik could ever be. There's just too much AI body-blocking.
The changes are going right and squeezing past the tighter space by the girder on that side, using stealth to avoid guards instead of slowing down to kill them, and ground-pounding just before Oakley to jump up to him a little sooner.
I got stuck in the first guard room, and it's actually not too inconsistent zigzag past them, but they can also be somewhat out of the way and you can just move diagonally-left around them. Room two doesn't have any issues. The third room didn't have this one guard who blocks the middle for absolutely no reason sometimes. The stair guards were somewhat in the way, but they can also move off to the right, which I think is because they aggro just before you get there sometimes.
There's probably some AI manipulation somewhere in here, but I'm going to leave this one be for now for my own sanity. I wouldn't be shocked if this could be reduced by near a whole second if executed well and all the guards got out of the way.
