In light of recent community discussion regarding the ruleset for Best Lap Challenge (BLC) runs, the following ruleset change has now been implemented:
You may choose any amount of laps for a BLC run (1, 3, 5, or 10). Previously only 1 lap runs were allowed. However, your submitted video must show all laps in their entirety, regardless of which one was the best lap. This change applies to both full game runs and individual level runs.
BLC runs that have been previously rejected for violation of the 1 lap only rule may be reverified under the new ruleset. If you have a run that meets this criteria and would like for it to be reverified please contact any of the moderators either here on SRC or via the Cars Speedrunning Discord server.
