The first three points on the list are very self-explanatory. All missions appear on your map, and the Collectables are all tracked on the Stats page, so you can see exactly how many you still need to grab.

Personally, I enter a Motor Forge a total of three times. Once to get a piece of Concept Art, and also to buy upgrades. First time is to buy the necessary upgrades to the Deuce for the mission "Tour of Destruction", the second time is after I've finished "Pilgrimage of Screams" to get some more Deuce upgrades, as well as an Axe-dip, Guitar Strings and a Special Attack. And the third time I do all the way at the end of the run to get to 100%.

Note that doing all of the above (and nothing else) will NOT give you enough Fire Tributes to purchase all 47 necessary items from the Motor Forge. A good method to get the required amount of Fire Tributes is to complete random encounters in the overworld in which Ironheade units are fighting units from other factions. These encounters award you with 15 Fire Tributes.

Finally, there's concept art. There are two sections you need to pay attention to; Storyboard, and Ironheade. Let's look at Ironheade first.

There are seventeen pieces of Concept Art in this section. You're going to need to grab seven of them in the Campaign, and ten in Multiplayer. The problem that you may have noticed if you've tried to run this game BEFORE consulting this guide is that since you're in a hurry and skipping all the cutscenes, you're only going to receive five out of seven of the Campaign arts.

Here's exactly how to avoid this issue. The first one you would be missing is the Ophelia art. At the end of the introductory mission "Welcome to the Age of Metal", when you ramp off the end of the highway, simply don't skip the cutscene. Let it play out until the pre-rendered section starts playing. You can then skip that by pressing Escape. You should see a pop-up that you've unlocked new Concept Art.

Secondly, there's the Kill Master art. Same as before, there's a cutscene you're gonna want to -NOT- skip. In "Kill Master's Mercy", when you reach the top of the hill, there's a cutscene that plays after the Success screen. Watch the cutscene in full, and you'll get the concept art you're after.

You should now have seven of seventeen pieces of concept art. Now exit the campaign whenever you like, and go to Multiplayer. Set up a Custom Match as Ironheade on the map 'Feeding Area', or 'Altar of Blood'. Make sure you don't have an opponent. That's going to make doing this a lot easier.

You're going to want to spawn a number of every type of unit available to Ironheade. The exact numbers vary from unit-to-unit. Also note that any units spawned in the Campaign count towards this total.

Ironheade Concept Art

  • 25 Headbangers, Razorgirls, Thunderhogs.
  • 10 Fire Barons, Headsplitters, Bouncers.
  • 15 Roadies, Metal Beasts.
  • 5 Rock Crushers.

Make some infantry units and send them around the map, capturing all the Fan Geysers. I recommend you only spawn one type of unit at a time so it's clear which Concept Art you unlock, and don't have a healing unit out with infantry, so they can die as fast as possible. Once you've got all the Fan Geysers captured just go around your unit-menu, spawning one type of unit until the Concept Art unlocks, and then go to the next. This part of the run is going to feel ridiculously slow, but we haven't found any faster way to do this as of yet.

  • For Feeding Area, simply send them into the center-area of the map where they can get killed, so that you don't max out your Load.
  • For Altar of Blood, send your units into the center of the map, and when your Load is nearly maxed out, enter the temple and use your groundpound to drop the engine and kill your units.

After you get through all your units, you should have all the Ironheade Concept Art, so let's move on to Storyboard. This whole section is once again related to cutscene-skipping. I'll go through them in chronological order.

First we've got 'Bat Out Of Hell', which unlocks during the final cutscene of "Welcome to the Age of Metal", just like the Ophelia art. Second, we've got the 'Motor Forge Intro', which unlocks the first time you enter a Motor Forge, provided you do not skip the cutscene. The next two Artpieces on the list are "The Crushing Pit", and "Gyre Destroyed". The first is unlocked in the very first cutscene, even before choosing to start the mission. Thankfully, you don't actually have to fail the mission to unlock the second Concept Art. After freeing some Headbangers, entering the main Gyre-area and clearing it of the Lionwhyte loyalists, a cutscene will play starting with Eddie saying "That all you got, Mittens?". Don't skip this cutscene.

Next we have 'The Kill Master', which unlocks at the ending cutscene of the mission "Kill Master's Mercy", same as his Ironheade character-art.

Sixth on the list is 'Pounding the Corpse', which unlocks during the cutscene where Eddie builds the Thunderhog, immediately after defeating the Metal Queen in, you guessed it, "Lair of the Metal Queen".

Seventh, we've got 'Meet Lionwhyte', which unlocks during the cutscene directly after you spawn your first few units in "Battle for Bladehenge", appropriately, where you 'Meet Lionwhyte'.

Eighth, we've got 'Wings of Agony', which unlocks in the cutscene where Eddie gets his wings; the first cutscene of "Fists Shall Fall".

And finally there's 'Sermon On The Stack'. This Concept Art unlocks when acquiring the amps on "Pilgrimage of Screams".

So remember, do not skip any of these cutscenes while playing the game. You can skip all of the others, but not these. If you accidentally do, your run isn't necessarily dead, but you'll have to go into Chapter Select at the end of your run and restart the appropriate mission for the piece of Concept Art that you missed.

If anything is still unclear to you, please do let me know, and I'll do my best to clear it up.

Good luck on your runs!
