why the in game time isn't used? i think it would be better. i'm running on my ps1 and the difference is pretty big with real time
reason being i didnt make any of these runs/rules or catagorys and more or less inherited all of them for the series. and since i dont play BR1 i am unaware of how it keeps its time. i just now saw what you posted, seeing how this is a very inactive game series i dont check it all the time. i saw that it has its own counter at the top and see no reason to not use it i just never saw or played this game to create that ruleset.

I added a split between the PS1 and Arcade versions of the game under the 2 Rounds Default% category, since they differ enough in mechanics that the times would be affected. However, this also caused the times already on the list to disappear. They're still technical
