How to get a smoother gameplay

You would noticed sometimes you would lag or have a delayed fps on your runs so heres the settings for it: Go to settings then graphics Resolution 1 Bar Then go to advanced settings off all the settings there and set scene complexity and shader complexity to low you would notice you would have a bad graphics but it helps you to get smoother gameplay on your speedruns.
