Agreed, 3:42.967 is still a 3:42 if you don't want to put milliseconds. That is a general speedrunning rule. Just imagine the guy who break the 4:55 barrier in Super Mario Bros. with a legendary 4:54.948, and the mod says no! I round it to 4:55 lol
