Yes. Timer pausing during loads is fine. RTA and LTR are separate timings.

I am somehow unable to get the Autosplitter to work with the provided instructions under resources. It does not record anything under Game Time. Is there anything else missing for the instructions or is the script broken for Patch 1?

No problem it is already fixed. In my first run I had the old script version that did not work with Patch 1. After the script was updated by maeeeeee it also worked for me on Patch 1 :)
