Since there's no baldi taking tool which I know of right now, do we have a best theoretical time or some spliced run I can look at?

For any% (assumption) the theoretical best times are high 2:5x times on 1.4 and lower high 2:5x on 1.3 but it would take weeks to pull of the rng needed for it (1st prize needs to spawn exactly as in the 3:01 1.4 any% video but with faster movement)
