I have made a tutorial to demonstrate the techniques and mii setup used in the category "all training games". This should cover everything you need to know before doing a run, and set you up for success. Please do comment on the video if anything is unclear or if I missed something.

All Training Medals - Point Requirements

Here's the minimum amount of points you need in all of the training games, if you plan on running All Training Medals.

Tennis:

Returning Balls
-Bronze: 12 Points
-Silver: 25 Points
-Gold: 50 Points
-Platinum: 80 Points

Timing Your Swing
-Bronze: 7 Points
-Silver: 15 Points
-Gold: 30 Points
-Platinum: 50 Points

Target Practice
-Bronze: 5 Points
-Silver: 10 Points
-Gold: 20 Points
-Platinum: 40 Points

Baseball:

Hitting Home Runs
-Bronze: 5 Home Runs
-Silver: 8 Home Runs
-Gold: 10 Home Runs
-Platinum: 10 Home Runs (W/ 5,650 ft.)

Swing Control
-Bronze: 25 Points
-Silver: 40 Points
-Gold: 55 Points
-Platinum: 65 Points

Batting Practice
-Bronze: 15 Points
-Silver: 20 Points
-Gold: 27 Points
-Platinum: 30 Points

Bowling:

Picking Up Spares
-Bronze: 7 Stages
-Silver: 12 Stages
-Gold: 17 Stages
-Platinum: 20 Stages

Power Throws
-Bronze: 450 Points
-Silver: 500 Points

Boxing:

Working the Bag
-Bronze: 15 Points

Wii Fitness RNG Manipulation Tutorial.

The RNG Manipulation will allow you to play the quickest games during a Wii Fitness speedrun.

You have to get at least one boxing event.

Games adviced: Spin Control/Target Practice/Working the Bag. 
(The order doesn't lose time and doesn't matter for the verification).
