This is by no means optimal but it's what I used, feel free to try and come up with a better route:

Skipped toppins: golf sausage (burg course), golf pineapple (do burg skip), pig city cheese (taxi 2), and pig city sausage (taxi 4)

Keep in mind the numbers in the secrets tab is telling you which specific secrets to go to, not how many to go to (pizzascape is saying go to the second secret not 2 secrets)
