Infelizmente não existe uma estratégia de mata ele de forma mais rápida e segura. 90% dos runners que correr NG/NG+ resetam nessa parte. O Del lago é muito RNG, ele pode afunda e você tem que espera ele ou ele dá a volta (como a maioria dos runners quer que isso aconteça).

The only thing I know is that on some levels you start without the cutscene at the beginning and you already have a medical kit and power crystals. Mednafen is a good emulator @recpie, but I don't know if it is allowed (only moderators can explain it, because it doesn't have any deeper rules related to emulation, only time). I just know that the emulator that most accepted community is "ePSXe" (some leaderboards specify their versions). Some accept Mednafen, Xebra, BizHawk. RetroArch (not every leaderboard accepts). psxfin and psxjin is not recommended.

I was thinking a lot about the PS1 emulator, because its behavior and loading are inaccurate or slow. The main reason why I leave a specific emulator on this learerboard is because it doesn't let people feel wronged, because you can't get WR because of loadings screens and I'm thinking of creating a "Time without loads" to make it more consistent and focuses on the runner's skill and luck.
My conclusions are:
- It is impossible for an emulator to run on the same properties as a real console because it has its own hardware while the emulator has or may have a huge variety of configurations related to textures, loading screens and this moves the speedruns community a lot, prohibit emulators, specify their versions in mandatory emulators or even ban the learedboard emulator altogether and accept only in the original way or for backward compatibility between consoles.

The simple way to leave the game in windowed mode
Steps:
1 - Go to the game folder and create a shortcut of "Manhunt2.exe".
2 - Click the right mouse button on the shortcut you created going to "Properties".
3 - Go to the Shortcut Tab, in "Target" add in the empty field " -windowed" and give OK.
NOTE: The window will be according to the resolution you chose in the game options, you can adjust that automatically changes the window without closing the game.

Another way to run in window mode is by passing dll or ini files, I have already made the files available in the resources tab for download and read the INFO that has a simple tutorial, but I will show them here just in case.
Pass the file "wndmode.ini" to the game folder and leave it at the resolution you want.
