Hi, I am interested to run the game, is there some ressources/guides anywhere to learn the run ?

Hi guys, I did my first speedrun a few days ago and i submitted it but it was rejected because i didn't showed the reset. I'm not angry or anything, but the problem is that when i reset the game, my recording is splited. I use Fraps for record. What can i do ? Can use Movie Maker or something like this to assemble the two videos ?
