well you need to have a verified run on the leaderboard in order to make a guide, and looking at your profile, it seems you don't have any runs verified

we currently have 400 runs in the verification queue so be patient (we have lives too you know), your run will likely be verified in 7-4 days

the reason some of your runs are being verified within a few hours is because some of the moderators verify from the page where runs are recently submitted

the time limit for runs is 25 minutes, the runs over 25 minutes that are still currently on the leaderboard were before the rule change was made
