Germanyso i did copy that list and add ether to it. I already saw that the red mail should be available at a secret ending (saw the discord message :D )

i didnt mean solo runs with main character, but if you say just doing the quest is fine. That ansewrs my question, thanks. :) "received promotion to honorary x" doesn't exist in mm8, there is just "promoted to x" and the quest itself like "found lost book of khel" and "promoted to x" received only characters that are in your group, if i do the dragon Promo Quest and i don't have a dragon in my team, i will not receive the "promoted to great wyrm" award. hopefully i explained it good enough :D just doing the quests is good for me !
there is one more thing: Bounty Hunting
we have to get 70.000 gold from bounty hunting for the last Promo? if you just get gold from bounty hunting, you get 1 award if you earn 10.000 gold you get 1 extra award "have earned status of novice bounty hunters" if you earn 30.000 gold it will replace "novice bounty hunters" with "Journeyman Bounty Hunter" same for 70.000 gold it will replace it
so imho 10.000 gold is enough for this category? or should we go for 70.000? i can say, it takes a LOT! of time :)
hey, currently i try to route mm8 all awards. so i have a question about the awards, you can do all promotion quests but there are 2 awards each promotion quest for example: if you do troll promo quest, everyone in your group gets the reward "Found Troll Homeland" but only Trolls will get the Reward "Promoted to War Troll" and thats the problem with all promotion quests.
so imho, its just annoying to switch characters just to get this award. i think best solution for this categorie is like "all awards for main character". because your first character is not interchangeable.
what do you other people think?
Should be allowed. If not there are just small things it would change, you just have to go back till your party is "green". This makes the run 1 or 2 minutes longer, so for me its ok this "glitch".
I also think that it doesn't make sense to split the leaderboard. Like Traviktox said people run the fastest version. Another point is our Might and Magic 7 community is very small and it does not make much sense to have more dead categories. i know this game from my childhood and i start speedrunning in english version and was thinking what the heck, never saw this enemies in wine cellar. So after category change i switch to german version, because it's easier :)
fyling with software mode is much faster then hardware mode, because of up and down movement. overall is software mode faster i think. If you go north direction it is really slow and northeast i think. but the other directions are fast as hell :D never timed it. but it looks like this.
