It's possible to split wrong, a lot of people do. I also believe that with perfect RNG rDKP is faster in GP mode? Since you can get 9 mushrooms? Other than that, the result of 30 runs means to me that it took him 30 attempts. Forgot to mention this before, but the run was set a long time before video proof was required. So the fact that there isn't a video should not be considered as making it really suspicious, as very few runs at that time did have video proof.

Excluding the fact of who it is, his time is about 30 seconds away from the theoretical best time that has been calculated. As for a video, I could probably get one if I wanted, as my 10:19 loses up to 30 seconds from RNG, and was also part of an all cups run, so nervers were a factor. But the time has already been looked at and hasn't been seen as suspicious. I might do some runs since I'm sick of my riw failing

Top wheel players in a 32 track speedrun will barely have a disadvantage due to RNG. Not worthy of a separate category imo
Didn't know where to ask this, but I noticed the spear lightning cup time is done in team vs. is that allowed? Since that would significantly decrease the amount of items that hit you.
To respond to obsidiaus, the poll is to have an official community standpoint so that a decision based on that can be made. To respond to spearmeister, the world records use o3DS, but do not use the home menu in their runs. In game the loading times are the same. n3ds loads the home screen faster, saving time after each cup.

Item rain is part of ctgp. This is vanilla extensions. Which does make having a 200cc category placeholder a little off, but IDK with that.

Runs can be resubmitted if necessary. And it seems like those who have spoken here want it to be banned. And to respond to fire, on n3ds I believe it saves about 1 minute 30 seconds, and only about half that on o3ds
So, I'm not entirely sure what to put to postulate as a mod, but I had a couple of people say that I should be a mod so I thought that as I check the mk7 page pretty much daily anyway, talk in the forum posts, and I normally watch most of the videos anyway, that it could be a good idea to apply. But the game definitely needs at least one or two more mods, so any trusted and/or respected players that are active on the site would probably be a good idea to contact.
Overall, slicks on banana cup is really the only viable option. Slicks on leaf cup have been debated so as to do the maple treeway glitch, but a lot of time will be lost on kalimari desert and dk pass. So im not sure whether it is faster
