Edit: I also just noticed that the 100% run submitted by this player says that it was a segmented run, so that run should be removed

With year 1 it's a straight line iirc, so theoretically it would be easy enough to just add however many seconds it takes to run in a straight line. For year 2 and 3 I'm still the only runner, and I just set a new time for year 2 timed both ways, and my year 3 time is really bad so I should be able to improve that even with splitting later at the end. For any%, I'm yet to do a year 4 run so I'm not sure whether that would be easy to convert.

There is still gameplay after the final boss in at least years 1 and 2 (don't recall for 3 and 4), so I feel like it would make more sense for timing to end when the final cutscene plays

I'd assume you have a phone, meaning that you actually have quite an easy way to record. For example, all I did was download streamlabs (which is a free app) to stream to twitch to avoid storage issues, and put my phone on the side of a table. The stream is upside down, but that doesn't matter to us while verifying, and it's very easy to rotate if you would prefer to rotate it afterwards. But i find I don't have to sit uncomfortably if I play like that

As stated above, we have up to three weeks to verify a run. Wr runs will usually take a bit longer to verify

Using a baby character with a tighter turning circle should help. Bit bike (nano bike in eu iirc) is usually used, however the wr is currently held with quacker due to strats that were implimented a few years back. But you might find more success with either one of those vehicles

I got some weird Japanese emulator for Christmas (one of those multi game things) that has SMB on it. So would I not be allowed to play on that?

The players page is used for every Mario kart game. Mkwrs.com is used for world records. Chadsoft is just because mods. Each site has it's specific purpose, and the players page is easier to view total times and things than it would be here.

Streaming works fine as well, that way you don't have to worry about storage

Lafungo is active in the general mk pp server, and only checks in here from time time time. Cynda is pretty much inactive, but did send a message or two recently in a discord server

You are able to edit/remove runs on your own. You can change which category it is in.

Cynda was going to post something about that months ago, and about a few other things, but IDK what happened there. But runs using it have been rejected for months anyway.

Yeah, a few people were trying to do it without a draft for tts, but it was classed as a glitch without a second thought.

I haven't had time to watch videos, and as your runs include 1.5 hours of video total, I haven't been able to get to them. Any recent runs with a video I haven't got to yet due to that. But I suppose requesting to be a mod for a game that you are pretty much unknown in works too lol.
