sorry for the late response, easiest run to start with is probably red, but if there is a game you know relatively well, it might be easier to run that game, most 3ds and up games are longer than the others but you dont have to do RNG Manip for those

iirc you need java 8 for the gen 3 starter predictor but i could be wrong

NPC tracking is where you see how many times the NPCs move and adjust your frames accordingly, pulse's guide is a little outdated in that aspect, for every start and stop of an NPC it advances RNG so you want to adjust your frames for every start and stop, the flowtimer download should have a + and - button for you to adjust your frames based on NPC movement every start and stop is -1 @rudyypoo
