The first completion mark would be Mom's heart. So the only strategy would be to reset for a good starter and find a black market on D2 to skip mom and go fight Mom's heart.

That's interesting. I loved the strats used in that 9:44 min video. However, since we have separate leaderboards for each dlcs, you need 5 runs per dlcs. I counted : 3 for Repentance 1 for Afterbirth+ 5 for Afterbirth (two last videos count for 1 since it's the same player)

People today are mainly playing AB+ and Rep so i don't feel like opening a category on Afterbirth. AB videos are pretty old and people might have moved on since so there's high chances that the leaderboard wouldn't be filled after opening it.

And i might remove too the other exploits. Those are part of the game now and should only remain banned in R+. Those exploits are knowledge that a skillful player should have to have better runs

The main reason those strategies were banned is because after the patch if would require to download old versions via depotdownloader. But i actually forgot that in AB+ some people were running BP4 for 7 char of BP1 for 1 char seeded.

So your point stands and i might accept the pending runs except if some people have counter-arguments

You're right, it would require everyone running with this mod. We're close (laughs) to the patch anyway
