I think what would suck the most about this RNG thing is that if you can't manipulate the RNG then most of the unlikely stuff is located in zone 3. Because (relatively speaking of course), it's not that big of a runkiller to just ask your run to get the rifle/sword (idk which one you get in glitchless), which is a 1/2 chance, and at least one of the two Moon Struck-Horrors that you can get before the fight with the 3 ZPCI's, which is around a 2/33 chance (1/33 each), meaning you would get one run of this every 33 attempts you wouldn't reset to anything else but this. But yea from what I've seen the required amount of luck in zone 3 to get like perfect gear as early on as possible is pretty insane so it would be cool if you could manipulate the RNG in a certain way because that would be even more usefull in any% and 100%. Sadly I don't know much about coding and that kind of stuff but maybe you could ask someone from another community that has these kinds of things (like Pokémon and Super Mario Bros 3 for example) and ask them if they know how to do it
that's almost literally any% up until gold leaf 1 and then do bowser jr.3 tho
yea that's what I meant at the end of the post and I also think adding damageless ldb's would be a cool idea aswell for both any% and 120
I think we could also add a low% category where you collect as little powerups as possible (idk if you can beat the game without them but I think you can) the only problem with this would be that you're basicly forcing people to do hh1 skip but I still think it's a good idea
just add 69 star @Jeromomomomomomomomomo btw saying penis to other people is not very nice D: D: D: you should rly be more respectful to others
yea just join the discord and ask, people will help you from there, also pls for god sakes stop making these freaking threads
you need 1000 in any% which you can get pretty easily by just grabbing them in places with a lot of starbits and for 120 star you need 6000 starbits, now if you're fast this is not a number you can get by just grabbing the ones you meet on your way, so we choose to grind in sling pod and the remaining part in melty molten 3, there are also some places where it is fast to grab extra's like getting all the question marks in gusty garden 2 to spawn the rings of starbits, getting the starbits from the stumps in honeyhive 1 (if you do the skip), etc. otherwise for 120 just focus on starbits and you should be fine
would literally be any% + a few extra levels and then just do all purples as fast as possible also Regi that would be more like 40 mins
Also can you split any% into like no-purchases and with purchases cuz otherwise this game is literally just pay to win
now "we" will get that, that's "our" goal implying you will actually somehow help other people getting their time down to sub 1. In fact I think if sub 1 will be achieved, we will all have a share in that accomplishment, wait I have a good idea, if sub 1 will be achieved the mods should make it so the names off everyone from the entire community will be displayed on the run page, considering the great deal everyone helped in it
did your run have video evidence, cuz those are no longer allowed
suisaiga will win cuz Belgian's outclass Canadian's Kappa
you can do it an ezier way by slowly climbing via various platforms but
- it's slower (and like 20 if done quick)
- You would have to go a little bit back after you reached the top to get the power moon I do this but I don't recommend it
it doesn't matter if you cut another minute off that ideal human theory, noone (in the near future) will ever be consistent enough to stay within a minute off that crazy run
@conmanager12 it wasn't an excuse, it's called reasoning, I'm not saying why I am not in favour of this rule, I'm saying why people might get discouraged. My current PB not having video proof has nothing to do with that
