Hi!
Just checked the game and Escape Artist can no longer be played, so please remove it from the list of games you need to complete in the rules.
Thanks!
Sorry if this question is asked a lot, I am just trying to do the bow wow skip (the one where you hold a cucoo and get eaten by the orange thing to be flung in the air and on top of the trees) but I just can't seem to get it.
The few times I did manage to get it, I lost my shield in the process, but I see it is possible to perform it and also not have the shield eaten.
I'm guessing I am missing an input somewhere, right now I'm just standing in the spot while holding a cucoo and nothing else.
Couldn't find anyone explaining it anywhere so I would love some help!
Thanks!
Hi there!
I had an idea for a new category extension for Link’s Awakening (2019), and I wanted to share it here to hear some thoughts about it.
So the category is called boomerang%, which basically your goal is to collect the boomerang. I think this would be a fun little category since all you have to do is complete the trading line in order to get the lens and the boomerang. I don’t think any of the other categories complete the trading line so I think that’s quite unique.
I would love to hear your thoughts about this!
Hello Everybody!
I have made some slight modifications to the general rules of the game.
One is the timing for 2P or 3P runs. Another change is that it is now mentioned in the rules that the level must fully load before you can move. It was not mentioned before and has always been a rule.
Thank you for reading!
I am playing on a digital purchase of Kirby and I have been speedrunning the game for a while and I have been performing the bonkers skip on level 2-1 quite consistently. Today when I was trying it I couldn’t do it for some reason. I tried a couple of times and I couldn’t get it to work … Has this been patched or have I just lost my ability?
I removed timing with milliseconds from this game. My decision comes down to 2 elements:
- This game is not run too often and isn't competitive, so having milliseconds just doesn't make any sense.
- Some times are extremely close together, and it really depends a lot on your frame rates/your camera position at the end/respawn bugs that happen during the run, so removing milliseconds gives all the player with close times the same spot they all deserve. Hope you guys agree with my decision today. Thanks for reading!
Hello everybody! I added a new Full-Run category today! It's called: All Modes. You can do it in 1 player or 2 players. The goal of the run is to complete all 3 modes (not including insane) as fast as possible. The order goes: Easy - Medium - Hard. The timer does not pause in between the modes and you can continue the run even if you fail a mode. The run has a good amount of luck in it, with getting the faster maps to pick in the modes and people not joining you while you wait. Obviously that other luck part can be solved with small servers or private servers. I already submitted a run inside of 1 player mode so you can see and understand how the run goes. I also explain some stuff in there. I think this category is a really good and fun so I recommend all of you to try it out and submit it to the leaderboards! Have fun running!
Hey Guys. I was recently notified about 3 runs from the leader-board:
@bboccio66 - @tccool - https://www.speedrun.com/roblox_meepcity_starball/run/m79dvq5y @OverworldYT -
Were run when the Kids Choice Awards 2017 Nickelodeon Slime Event was happening. This gave the runners a slight advantage due to the chocolate in CandyLand not slowing them down because it was replaced with slime.
I could have easily deleted the runs but I decided to give them a Misc. category so their achievments (especially @bboccio66 world record, will stay recognized)
Hopefully everybody will agree on my decision. Thanks.
Hey guys, I'm the new mod since the last one was inactive for the last 2 years lol. I've updated the Individual Levels and the rules there, so please check it out, all the records there are free to grab :)
I've added Insane Mode to the full-game runs, it is a mode you will unlock once you reach 200K gem value. It is located under the bridge. The same rules apply to it as the rules for the ILs. Timer starts on first movement and ends on the white block. In insane mode you need to collect only 3 relics instead of 5 but the levels are incredibly longer and more challenging. You are not allowed to open chests as always.
By looking at the different versions here, I can't see the new version. It should be added since all these other versions can't be played anymore.
