True Pacifist will not be added sense (as of now) there aren't any major differences between a pacifist and a neutral playthrough. In the future if there is a major difference between the two it would most likely get added. As for All Bosses it really isn't the most interesting category, especially sense for most of the run you're just doing Obliteration. Maybe in the future if more super bosses are added we can revist adding an All Bosses category.

I did a little bit of investigative work and yes it is patched. From what I can tell (from looking at patch notes) it was patched in version 2.09.

No. I don't plan to add any sort of obsolete category like this, same goes for when you suggested weed% (unless it actually affects the ending when the final section is out). However, nothing is stopping you from running it, you just wouldn't be able to submit it anywhere.

In All Shadow Crystals instead of doing Main Route in Chapter 2 you do Snowgrave. Beating Spamton in Snowgrave gives you both the Shadow Crystal and the PuppetScarf.

Bowser's Fury isn't included because the 1862 was created before the release of Bowser's Fury, also Bowser's Fury is more of a side game than anything. 3DL isn't in it because the 1862 is a console 3D Mario 100%. If 3DL or Bowser's Fury was included they would have to be completly seperate categorys (but it is very unlikely that it they would be added). I will say someone has completed a 1962 (1862 + Bowser's Fury) but no one else would want to do it.
