Most of this is the same strategy as the previous WR, just with a few tweaks and cleaner gameplay. I think there's room for a sub 12 minute run. I only put about a dozen attempts into this.

I had a weird glitch with the achievement popping up prematurely, so hopefully this still gets verified. I showed my Sims WooHoo count at the end just to be safe.
