My name is CryingBreakfastFriendZ and I am typically a Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild Speedrunner. I am looking to transition back into THPS and would love to get to know folks who are looking to speedrun the incoming THPS 1+2.

My question is, what will the categories be? Will they be similar to the old ones for th1 & 2 or could we work on developing new ones?

We haven't had a full chance to really delve into determining rules, but you are free to join the Discord on the right. We will be discussing the rules up until next Friday (when our embargo lifts). :)

I know rules and leaderboards are still being discussed, thought I'd throw a quick opinion in since I'm thinking of trying some speedruns at the game, chances of high score leaderboards? it may be pointless since there are in game ones but I thought it would be interesting to compare how we're doing against people on different platforms

I'm new to speed running and noticed its not really done on the other tony hawks games so it may not be something people are interested in, just thought I'd throw it in here lol

It would be cool, but Speedrun.com doesn't offer good high score leaderboards. The ones around are kind jank, at best. Sorry!
