its not very fair that the time on the 1st place run was endend when the minigame finished and not when the game finished like all the other runs, have it all explained in description of the run. Right know we have 8th place worth run in 1st

The video was reviewed by the moderator. If the video was unfair, the times would have been edited or the video would have been declined as a valid run.

The category rules are quoted "Exit the backrooms by finding the exit and completing the minigame." This is not specific as to when the timer ends. The minigame ends when the heart disappears, which in turn would indicate that the run had ended. The in-game timer is a nice additive to the run.

I feel the moderator has the last say in all of this. When he is able to review my run I will happily accept whatever the edited rank is. I do agree that there are some that have better in-game times than myself so I found it odd that I received first place.

The time that the game displays at the end should be the time from first spawn in to when the game is beat, the hearts go away. I agree as well that the in game times are a little weird on the leaderboard. It seems that "Real" time is what it is rating by and it is making rankings off.

I agree with Random5 on this. I'm not sure how active the moderator is here. Hopefully soon he can straighten it out and make the in game times the acceptable form of rank.

The real time is the time of which it takes from you first spawning to when no more input is required to complete the speedrun (aka when the minigame is finished). The in-game is based on the timer shown at the end of the run.

Thank you for the reply Pysik. With that being said, I believe the top 5 runners should be looked at and retimed. Timer should START at SPAWN and should END once the HEART MINI GAME IS COMPLETED.

This should also be reflected in the "Category Rules" so as to cause no further confusion.
