This is Hard on Return of the Shredder, the Japanese version of the game. In Hard Mode there are some significant differences including Foot Soldiers that jump onto the screen and extra enemies at least in the last Elevator. I think the J-Hard deserves to stand out as the Final version of the game. Also includes IGT at the end!
