Retime tool for RTA(full-game) runs. For the start frame, copy the debug info of the first frame where the "Timer Started" text appears. For the end frame, copy the debug info of the first frame where the level end menu appears. Make sure that you change the fps to 60 if your video is 60fps.

Note: mods will still use the retime tool when verifying the runs to double check. I'm mostly putting this here so you can use it to figure out what kind of time you have before your run gets verified.
