Am I allowed to change the graphical settings on P-06 to speedrun?
I have a relatively low end PC, so I usually play with the graphics lowered. Does this count as "Modifying" the game?
No. Graphics settings do not modify the game in any way besides performance, so you should be fine with submitting runs with it.
