inspired by the other emu autosplitter.

tested to work on bsnes v115 but should work with older versions (minus v114 & v113) and some snes9x versions

usage:

• download the file
• add "scriptable autosplitters" to your livesplit layout
• go to the scriptable autosplitters' settings and give the asl file you downloaded
• change the settings to your liking

make sure you launch livesplit as administrator
