The most painful grind I've ever had is finally over! I achieved this after 8 8-4 chokes the worst one being a water exit choke. I added 4-2 blazit into the run to get 4:56 but I will add 4-1 FPG once I go for mid 4:56 but for now I'm taking a break from any% for a while however I might go for a 4:56.7XX before I go for mid.
