Timer Stopped prior to end of run

Mod note: Retimed to 27:33. Framerate drops significantly and audio gets really choppy around BitFS and drops continue through the rest of the run, please try to solve/prevent this for future submissions. There is 0.1 seconds missing from the beginning of the run, please crop less of the beginning of the VOD for future submissions.
