Let's see possible it can be but you must be a pro to be able to achieve such a feat. And of Glitches that help you to tackle I only know 1 that is even in 3d world. The Ice Momentum Glitch: that to achieve this you must run on ice and press the crouch button many times, if Mario comes out he will gain a hyper mega speed.
