Same reason as all the other games in the series: Some emulator exclusive issues (mainly Cemu And RPCS3), As emulators get more and more accurate though We will probably look into allowing them (with a subcategory ofcourse)
You can still do runs on emulator, they just won't be listed here. Theres a few community members who run on emulator
Yeah you'd be fine to do runs, and depending on which emu you're using, we could potentially use the video to compare to real hardware when we decide to see if emu should be allowed or not.
We have added a category for runs done on emulator under Misc, Due to people requesting for emulator to be allowed. If there turns out to be enough demand for emulator runs. We will turn it into a subcategory for all main categories.
