[MAJOR CHANGES] Leaderboard overhaul
For various reasons, a new set of changes have been pushed out for the leaderboards (yes, including the Category Extension leaderboards), for many different reasons I don't want to bore you with (although feel free to ask about it in the Shrekciety Discord). In short, the leaderboard rule-set is now
