I'm so incredibly confused. Isn't 25 the max level for runes? I was playing the main game mode on my 100% save just going around and grabbing runes and killing and I picked up a "Betrayer" rune which increases all weapon damage by 38% when hitting an enemy from behind and it's level 28. How is this even possible? When I check where it came from it says "Unknown."

Apparently, when you play Test of the Ring you can get runes up to level 30. And then for some reason you can use them in the normal game? P2W much?

It's not P2W because it wont help you AT ALL in the speedrun only in casual play
