I use the Gamejolt versions of RS when I play them, and am generally more acquainted with them, as they allow you to play on fullscreen, which I am more familiar with. So, i was wondering if for the All Games category, it was allowed to use those versions of the game? i ask this because the rules do not mention it being allowed, but also don't say it's NOT allowed.

You can use the Game Jolt versions as they are from the creator themselves, but just make sure to follow all the rules, such as timing in real time (no pausing between switching games) right category etc.
